1) There are two forms that need to be completed and turned in to Mr. McCullough in room 33
The 1st form is two sided and is the permission slip, and the 2nd form is the behavior confirmation paper that each student's teacher must verify their behavior grade. Students must have all "Outstanding" or "Satisfactory" citizenship grades with no suspensions etc.
2) Cost includes entrance into the park & transportation. More information will be provided concerning when the bus will arrive at NIS, leave NIS, and be returning to NIS. For an estimate see below under the Magic Mountain information. Students should bring money for food and for a locker.
3) There are no refunds because the club has to prepay for the tickets. If a student is unable to go for any reason, the money paid for the trip will be considered a donation to the club.
4) All students must bring appropriate swimsuits to wear at the park and casual clothing for the trip there and back. Swimsuits cannot contain materials that could damage slides. For example, some board shorts with pockets have circular plastic/metals pieces that allow pockets to drain etc. and these are not allowed on the slides.
